Terms of sale

1. Who sells

The shop at davincreate.com (“UEFN LAB”) is run by UEFN LAB, a business based in Poland (“the Seller”). Full business details are provided on every invoice and on request. Contact: the contact page.

2. What is sold

The Marketplace offers digital products for Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) — files delivered as a .zip download — and services such as map reviews. Custom commissions are agreed individually and are governed by the scope, price and date confirmed with the client in writing; these terms apply to them where nothing else was agreed.

Free products (“free drops”) are provided as they are, without a fee and without a warranty beyond what the law requires.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the Marketplace in the currency assigned to your country and are final for the order once you open the payment page. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Seller never receives or stores your card details. An order is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment: you are taken to an order page with download links, and a link to that page is sent to the e-mail address given at checkout. Each purchased file can be downloaded up to 10 times; if you run out, contact the Seller and access will be restored. Services are performed after the Seller contacts you using the details from checkout, normally within one working day.

5. Licence

Buying a digital product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own UEFN projects, including published and monetised islands, without limit on their number. You may modify the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files or their source, in original or modified form, or include them in a product sold to others.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital products: delivery starts immediately after payment at your request. By completing the purchase you consent to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download has been made available.

Services: you may withdraw within 14 days as long as the service has not been fully performed. If you asked for it to start within that period, you pay for the part already done.

To withdraw, write to the contact page with your order details. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Faults and complaints

If a product does not work as described, write through the contact page, describing the problem and your order. The Seller replies within 14 days and will fix the product, replace it or refund the price, in line with your statutory rights. If a Fortnite or UEFN update breaks a purchased product within 30 days of purchase, the Seller will provide a fixed version at no charge.

8. Liability

Products are tools for creators; the Seller is not responsible for how an island built with them performs commercially, or for changes made by Epic Games to Fortnite, UEFN or Verse after the 30-day period above. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

9. Epic Games

UEFN LAB is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite, Unreal Editor for Fortnite and Verse are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. Your use of UEFN remains subject to Epic’s own terms.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. The Seller may update these terms; the version in force on the day of your order applies to that order.
